I have been ordering Bengali groceries from bong haat from some time back, patali gur was excellent, kasundi bori etc many traditional Bengali stuff I have ordered for me as was my relatives and friends…this week I ordered fish from their site…oho what lovely quality of hilsa mourola and tangra I received …in neat and smart packaging … would like to thank and congratulate the whole bong haat team …please keep up the good work!! Would highly recommend

The packaging is good. I got it within time as I asked them to deliver it on a certain date. But the courier they used was terrible. I need to call them several times to get my parcel. This thing need to fix.

I ordered 3 Kg Himsagar mango from Bong Haat. I got mango little bit delay. I need to do follow up to get mango. After getting mango I found that 2 mangoes are rotten out of 10 mangoes. I think customer can expect all mangoes in good condition considering the amount paid for 10 mangoes (3 KG) including transportation. I hope Bong Haat team will look into this seriously. I have attached photo also for your verification.
