It is plain salted variant & not at all spicy, especially for those who avoid spicy food. You can enjoy the original flavour of Chana Besan in this variant. In spite of keeping it very simple, we have added our own twist of flavor in it. Fresh processed ginger -sliced & crispy fried- is added, giving it an excellent & fresh flavour of its own, very much different from any other kind of variety.
