1. Returns are not accepted for edible items and some consumable items. Non-returnable items are marked on the product detail page. If a received item is damaged/defective, you may choose to dispose it at your convenience. The 24 hours time-frame listed above is for customers to contact us and request for a refund on their order.
2. Return facility is available only via self-returns. Return Pick Up facility is not available on these items. The costs have to be incurred by the customers
3. Items that you no longer need must be returned in new and unopened condition with all the original packing, tags, inbox literature, warranty/ guarantee card, freebies and accessories including keys, straps and locks intact.
4. For damaged / defective items, items with missing parts or item not as described, replacement will be offered by the seller, if the issue is reported within 2 business days. Replacement may be offered for the entire product or part(s) of the product.
5. If you have received an item in a 'Damaged' or 'Defective' condition, or it is 'Not as Described' by the Seller, you may request a replacement at no extra cost. Return Policy is Seller specific and terms may differ. Please check the respective Seller's policy when buying or before initiating a return for a replacement. Exchange is subject to availability of stock with the Seller. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked. 7. Replacement or return is not possible for the items including: BongHaat Gift Voucher, Bengal Special Items (Including- Stone Items like Shil Nora and Sandalwood Stick with Stone Grinder), Any Sweets items, Food Items, Consumables, Customized items, Books, Household essentials.
8. Refund of COD shipment will take at least 15 days post verifying the identity of the customers.
9. All Chanachur, air packed and glass bottle packed products consume volumetric spaces and hence there might a special nominal charges in addition to the MRP of the respective products.
10. Cancellation or Refunds are not possible for any product(s) from our Subscription Box segment.
11. Cancellation is not possible for packets already shipped from the destination. For any such case the shipping expenses (actual) will have to be incurred by the customer.
12. Any partial refund which is verified and approved, will be initiated within 7 days from the date of reporting to Contact@BongHaat.com. All such partial refunds will be initiated in terms of creating coupons of the equal value and the such coupons may be used in future shopping with Bong Haat.
