Ghosh Dairy Firm's Gawa Pure Ghee is made out of cow milk; this rich yellowish semi solid product had been a Bengali delicacy since the so called bygone era. Gawa ghee still strikes a very favourite note with rice eaters all over India. This is an item preferred as the first course to be eaten with rice before lunch or dinner.
