Payment methods of Bong Haat | Easy, Safe and Secure Online Payments | BongHaat.com

Payment Methods:


We at Bong Haat, believe that your money is as important as it is to us. Keeping that in mind, we introduced some of the best market players (Payment Gateway companies) who collects payments on our behalf against your orders on Bong Haat website (https://bonghaat.com/) and for the orders placed on our WhatsApp number 9810693616.

All the payments against customers orders are collected online by our payment partners (Payment Gateway companies) namely PayTM, PayUMoney, Razorpay, Google Pay (Only QR code scan) for domestic orders and PayPal and PayTM collects payments against orders placed for international deliveries respectively.

Important note:


• Bong Haat does not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) and POD (Pay on Delivery) as payment methods against the orders  


• Bong Haat accepts payments against the successful orders via Debit/Credit Cards Net Banking PayUMoney PayTM PayPal Google Pay UPI Payments


• Bong Haat does not receive payments directly to its account for orders placed on the website but our payment partners PayTM, PayUMoney, Razorpay collect payments on our behalf on Bong Haat website (https://bonghaat.com/)


• Payment issue or failed payments are directly handled by the payment partners  


• Payment against bulk orders ( amount to be more than 20K) can be done by bank transfer after confirmation from Bong Haat team relating to the orders  


 

For international orders payments can be taken directly to our bank account post generating an invoice approved by the customers


 

Refund & Returns will not be accepted under the following cases and circumstances:


• Food and Perishable products like Sandesh, Fish, Fruits and magazines


• The product has been tampered with in any way.


• The product has been consumed (partly or fully), used, washed or changed in any other way.


• Crafts items are prone to slight differences in the design, colour and pattern work; therefore we may not be able to refund your order if the same are your reasons for making a return.


• The products are of standard quality but not to your personal liking in terms of taste and colour.


• Bong Haat is not liable for undelivered orders if the address provided by the customer is incorrect. In that case the customer has to bear the cost of transportation of return of the packet and the cost of transportation of re-sending of the packets from the origin


 

Order Cancellation & Refund:


If you wish to cancel your order with us please note:

• For cancelling an order kindly drop us a mail at contact@BongHaat.com before dispatch happened from Kolkata


• The order can only be cancelled if it has not already been dispatched.


• If the order has been paid for through a credit card or net banking and has not yet been shipped, we will refund the order in full amount to the spurce account of the customer.


• Refund of your orders are done by our Payment partners namely PayTM, PayUMoney, Razorpay and it takes 4 to 5 days to hit the customer source account


• Refund for orders for which payments are collected by PayPal and Google Pay QR code scan of Bong Haat (for orders placed on WhatsApp) are done by Bong Haat team by manual transfer to the customer bank account post verifications of the customer details
